Well, basically speaking, if
you live in one of the beach cities from Sunset Beach down to San
Clemente, you're local. Thirty-seven or so miles of coastline and some
of the nicest cities in the country.
The residents of this place generally set the pace to easy and so
will we. One must have time to live, so there's no way you'll get us to
do this "full-time." But we'll do it enough to make a
good site of some value to the locals. We're hopping you'll help
